Megan (the dog) is slimmer of the year
A pooch from Liverpool has become the dog slimmer of the year.

Megan, a beagle from Garston, showed off her new figure next to bags of sugar weighing the same as the weight she lost.
Megan went from 18.6kg down to 12.6kg losing 32% of her body weight.

Dogs and cats were judged according to the amount of weight lost and their general achievement in the battle against obesity.

This should have been posted in chat. Sorry blam but they came after a friend and I feel like being a pain in the rear.

This is doggie news for 1-11-2004. What's wrong with that? Don't we cover all the news?

"My Pug has lost four pounds in the past year." Someone saw my profile page and said that my doggies were to fat. If that wasn't bad enough, they said the owner was too.

I have 2 pugs. Have kept both of their weights at 20 lbs. They will, however, take a hand off if it has a treat in it. But they are the best dogs. Love kids.

I suggest that you learn a little more about this poster before you adopt such a hard lined approach. JMO

Amen. If they're going to enforce the rules, then they need to do so in a fair manner. Otherwise, they can also nuke Madcelt and myself.
(Yes, we have donated in the past. Thanks for asking!)

Knock off the threats, farmfriend is a valuable member of FR.

That was no threat and I'm very familiar with Farmfriend's value to this site. But I can't see how pulling the mod's chain is a good thing to do.
