Heard on KFI Radio

Assemblyman Todd Spencer on the John and Ken show stated that the Board of Supervisors in Riverside County voted today to sue the state for the car tax backfill money, and will not be forwarding their property tax monies.

The battle has started against Schwartznegger!

The Governor should file a tax default lawsuitand appoint a trustee in receivership of Sacremento County until a public auction can be held to satisfy the County's debt to the State.

If a County can do it to a little old retired GySgt living on the lake - The Govenator can do it to Sacremento.

Charge them penalty and interest. Arnold will reduce the deficit in a hurry.

I'll bet Riverside county will miss their sales tax revenue.

How much are these numbers for Riverside County, anyway?

I'll bet that more cash flows from Sacramento to Riverside than Riverside sends to Sacramento.

I can't see Riverside people and businesses stop sending their sales and income tax checks to Sacramento.
