they have no law for cannibalism, but apparently they have enough experience with murder for sexual satisfaction to have a law on the books about that. go figure.

also, 800 cannibals in a country of 80 million is a 1:100,000 rate - if the USA had a similar problem, there'd be at least 80-100 active cannibals in NYC alone!

Murder is illegal, and "killing on demand" is illegal, too. Convicted because of murder, you can be imprisoned for life - but if only convicted because of killing on the victims demand you can be imprisoned for 5 years only. It´s right that cannibalism (eating another human) is not illegal here. Not the corpse is protected by law, but life.
