Are you just going to sit there and watch? Or are YOU going to do something? Demand action! Make calls, send emails, send faxes--now is the time!

"And once again the gutless GOP takes it up the wazzoo and just smiles."

I don't see this as gutless as just plain stupid. If Sen. Rockefeller doesn't want to renounce the memo what should that say to the Republicans on the committee? If the Republicans are going to roll over and play dead until the DEMONcrats leak SELECTIVE sensitive information then I say it's time for new leadership within the Republican party. At a minimum they should demand an investigation.

Asked on Thursday what needed to be done to address the security breach, Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Pat Roberts, R-Kans., said only, "The answer is simple. We go back to work. We have documents yet to review."

Yes, Senator, and if you do just "go back to work", they will probably be the last documents that your committee ever sees.

Thanks to some RAT staffer or Senator, President Bush now has a trump card whenever he wants to refuse to give the committee ANY documents.

I feel just as strongly about contacting my repub senator. He should be protecting our intel better. Not handling this memo situation is not handling intel. IE MIShandling this situation is MIShandling intel.

If the repubs do nothing, they're part of the problem, not part of the solution. jmho.

I made one last call before getting ready to go to work-Senator Kit Bonds office. One of his staffers made the comment that there is a huge security leak on the committee and that has to be addressed. When I responded with, "You mean like after Chinagate?" He said I know you are upset and discouraged with the silence, but this is not going away.(Ive talked to this guy three straight days) Unfortunatley we are going into a weekend, the only hope for continued exposure is the Sunday Morning talk shows. When I get home from work tonight, Im going to gather emails for the Sunday Talk shows and post them..

Sorry, CheezyD and all--I'm just so concerned that if we don't carry the ball on this, the traitorous dems will get the message from us that WE DON'T CARE ENOUGH to ACT! And they'll go right ahead with their traitorous plans...

Please accept my apology, and thanks for YOUR action.

I'll bump that.

Thanks. I did. My senators are Zell and Saxby and I even contacted my congressman Charlie Norwood. I told my husband last night that we are lucky to be in GA right now, and I actually feel I am getting representation. Shocker.

But yes, I will contact Sen. Roberts also.

Still, elected Republicans both on and off the Senate Intelligence Committee have expressed nothing like Miller's outrage.

800+ FBI files and blackmail will work wonders.
On both parties.

I am still waiting on one person with the b**** to call the Clintons and their flying monkeys on this.
Blackmail, treason, conspiracy, RICO violations, extortions...

I would like to see a separate prison built for those real snakes. Guantanamo 2?

At least Jessica Lynch seemed upset that it happened to her.

Her Highness:This is nothing.
We still have the stolen FBI files without accountability.

Here's the $60,000 question: If the Toons are behind this, what in perdition are they getting out of it? If the person behind it isn't doing it out of patiotism, we've got some problems in addition to that memo.

"The Journal recommended that, until those responsible for Democrats' decision to politicize intelligence are fired, the Intelligence Committee should be "shut down, cleaned out and reconstituted later, preferably after the next election." "

Time to start shouting Treason and pointing fingers until this committee is shut down.

Instead of confronting Democrats over what may be the most serious breach of national security since the Clinton administration allowed a Democratic Party donor to provide missile guidance technology to China, Republicans have urged further bipartisan cooperation with Rockefeller and his staff.

I'm not optimistic based on what I've seen in the past ... however, if the Republicans would grow a set of balls and challenge the "Rats" on important issues such as this it would be very helpful. Instead they leave it up to Zel Miller to express the appropriate outrage.
