Prayer request for an Eagle Scout

Walter Wollmann is an 18 year old young man who earned his Eagle scout award in January of 2003. He is in the hospital and they have found cancer in multiple stomach organs. The cancer is such that they cannot opperate and the organs are starting to fail. Please add Walter and his family to any prayer groups you can think of. Please also offer any prayers you can.

This is all very sudden. Walter has been very fit and active all of his life. He went to the hospital because of stomach upset a week and a half ago. The doctors have been running all sorts of tests. The cancer is very advanced and they are offering little hope. He and his family are struggling to cope.

What a blessing to hold such a child, such a young man, such a gift from God. Millions have prayed to have such a one as their son, and millions have never know such a joy. If there is any light in this darkness, let it be this: you have known such a joy. You bear witness to the fact that, in this world, a young man once walked with God. He will walk with God yet, and laugh, and nothing, not even death, can erase that...

Prayers for Walter!
Dear Heavenly Father we praise You and glorify You for all You do for us. Making Your presence known to us is beyond what we deserve. Lord we ask that Walter's care be directed by none other than You, that the doctors and nurses that come in contact with him will be filled with wisdom and mercy beyond their understanding. If it be Your will we ask that You take this cancer away from Him and may You alone be glorified in all our lives.
