SENATORIAL SKULLDUGGERY IN THE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE! -- The 'Borking' Of Justice Brown

It's quite amazing how the liberal press and those of the left in our government can take a truth and completely invert it for their own political gain. Take the matter of President Bush's nominee for the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, Janice Rogers Brown. Here again we have an excellent candidate -- one, in fact, who is rated as qualified by the American Bar Association and who has consistently ruled on the word of law rather than acquiesced to the role of judicial activist that so many liberal judges have adopted. Yet we are hearing "pre-emptive" rumblings about how she is a "far right dream judge" and a judge that has a "record of ideological extremism and aggressive judicial activism that makes her unfit to serve on the appeals court."

It would seem that the obstructionists in the Senate are revving up their engines to take yet another qualified judicial nominee to the land of limbo....

Republicans or a Republican activist group needs to create a television or print ad to demonstrate democrat racism/sexism. The ad could show the white and male faces of those judges confirmed without delay. The ad should also show the brown and black and female faces of the judges the democrats deemed unworthy. The message of the pictures cannot be undone by hundreds of words.

My only nitpick is that I wouldn't say "skullduggery" because what these a$$es are doing is out in the open. It's blatant.
