Homosexual agenda promoted in the new children’s movie “Good Boy”
Posted on 10/12/2003 6:17:53 PM PDT by mandingo republican
The homosexual agenda is being promoted in the new Jim Henson Productions childrens movie titled Good Boy. I took my niece and nephew to see this cute movie about dogs who talk. Its a kids movie overall but I was shocked to find how the leftist Hollywood establishment tries in very subtle ways to get its cultural agenda across. I dont know if the kids picked it up, but I suspect that its been done before and it will continue to happen in the future. Its like a veiled form of conditioning a brainwashing of sorts, designed to alter perceptions of the world and culture around us. It can be seen in television shows especially in programming for children. Today on the Disney channel one of the shows was on dating the kids where about 13 or 14. My 7 year old niece was watching it. Gone are the days of Father Knows Best or even the corniness of the Brady Bunch.
In the movie there was a 30 something man who owned a dog which the little boy (the lead character in the movie) walked daily. No big deal right? The only thing wrong with this was that in many later scenes the man was seen living in his home with another man. They were always together exactly like the other married couples in the movie. You would see them cleaning the pool, going to work, or decorating their home. I thought I was seeing things, until I asked my wife if she picked up the same thing. She said yes, and along with my sister she could not understand why this was needed in a childrens movie.
Is nothing scared anymore? Are we that far gone as a culture that even in a movie which we take our children we continuously have to be bombarded by images and messages that homosexuality is a normal and accepted lifestyle? I just thought the showing of this homosexual couple was a very subversive trick to get kids on board with a liberal mindset at a very early age. I want to take the kids to see an innocent movie about dogs who talk not a movie about how OK homosexual marriage is.

He and others he spoke with noticed an obvious attempt at showing gays in this children's movie about a talking dog.Any two men living in a house together are automatically presumed to be gay?
Well, I lived for six months with another guy in a rented house in college; even shared a bathroom, and I'm as hetero as you.
Please explain yourself.
Henceforth, stuff your condescension, buster!

"don't forget the scene where the boy dog mounts the other boy dog and when the little dog mounts the cat...very sadistic."
Yes, like the line in that great movie Ghost Busters,
"cats and dogs living together"
The end times.

I said nothing about whether I believe he is guilty or innocent. I only spotlighted your ignorant bullheaded accusation against the accused.

I checked out Christian and family reviews of this movie and they didn't pick this up. Freeper movie reviews are the only way to go. Could it be that certain FReepers see gays EVERYWHERE?
Two businessmen at lunch would cause some of these freaks to go all a-twitter, and they'd be burning up Jim's bandwidth an hour later!
Paranoia is de rigeur for some of our resident head cases.

If Stinkspur is for it, I'm agin' it; if he's agin' it, I'm for it. He wins, IMO, the title of Most Obnoxious Freeper.
I do not waste electrons replying to him anymore--he's a chronic, constant troll entirely deserving of the flames that he so (apparently) enjoys. I'm sure the psychiatrists have a diagnosis for his condition; at this point I only feel sorry for him.

Try to take your personal animosity out of your posts, DC.
Otherwise, you look like somebody with a shoe-sized IQ.

Blah blah blah. I juts think you are a paranoid reactionary. You have to invent enemies every day to justify yourself. Go watch or don't watch whatever you want, I don't care, I just think you are laughable.

Are you really an 80 year old woman, Pharmboy?
I can't imagine a man being so disgustingly petty.

Look, everyone knows that guys have roommates and share rent, but if you don't acknowledge the media's attempt at portraying homosexuality as "normal", then you're asleep at the wheel. Again, I don't see why you have such a problem with mandingo republican's post. Many of us are tired of the left trying to cram a homosexual agenda down throats of the average Joe (was that a play on words or what?). Take a deep breath and try not to be offended!
To: what's up
when is the last time you saw a Protestant cleric treated sympathetically "Luther" with Joseph Fiennes. I'd highly recommend it. There's nothing really objectionable in it for a Christian (a little violence. It's rated PG-13.)

Everything you said is accurate, except YOU MISSPELLED HIS NAME!
Oh...wait...no, you got it right.

My guess? The script as originally bought had no such tokenism, but the Eisneroids have a little formula that includes numerous PC-ifications, such as, "If there are several minor-character couples depicted in the movie, be sure that one is same-gender."

With all due respect, please understand that stinky's views--if he really has any--are not the issue: the issue is calling posters names and being against anything that will start a flame war. This is a seriously ill, unfulfilled, frustrated individual who needs help. Do not bother to take this disrupter's posts as if real beliefs drive him rather than his uncontrolled urge to belittle others and "stir the pot." Click on his screen name and check out his posting history and you'll see what I mean.
