The last time NYC was so poorly managed was when Dinkins was mayor. And do you know who was Dinkins chief of staff when he was mayor? The moron running the city right now, De Blasio. Should have known when graffiti returned to the city along with the squeege men on his watch.

Mayor David Dinkins is the second worst mayor second to Marxist Mayor Bill DiBlasio. I remember the Dinkins squeegee men who when we stopped at a traffic light sprayed car windshields with an unknown liquid. Awful.
