I wonder if the Ivory tower realises this study online for the rest of the year is going to accelerate their demise for brick and mortar.
The continous tuition hikes will eventually put them out of business. This is why they’ve been pushing for student debt forgiveness. They are hoping to empty the basket so they can fill it up all over again.
Now show everybody they can do everything online. I see a lot of unemployed professors in the future. Good thing they are tenured. sarc

This new normal will institute MOL, or Massive Online Learning going forward. Colleges will share the cost of a single teacher to teach the same class via online and allow for each campus to eliminate the teacher at their campus, saving tons of money and lowering tuition costs.
It will make the professors compete for the few positions available.

The story: College and university professors are expressing concerns on social media that their material could be misused.Gosh, really? You think your cirriculum wouldn't stand up to scrutiny should it be made public?

If they’re worried about it that can mean only one thing - they have been trying to indoctrinate students with their hardcore Leftist ideology and they’re worried about being exposed for it now.
We need to make a special effort to do exactly that.

Professors concerned that if parents see what students are being taught, the parents will be angry. Truthfully, I think I'd rather have Russell Johnson (Gillian's Island's professor) teaching students than 99.7% of real college professors. 😋

I don’t see what they are worried about. We all already know that they teach fantasy and communism and hate for traditional America.

Thanks for the idea, NUMBNUTS! Guess we should be paying more attention if it bothers you that much.

If the students' loans are back by American taxpayers, and if the students want the American taxpayers to pay for them defaulting on those loans, they why shouldn't the American taxpayer get a glimpse into what those students bought with American taxpayer monies?

It dumbfounding that they would even admit it.

It is incredible how stupid some educated people are and how little education seems to contribute to “real knowledge.” I like the phrase; "Educated beyond their intelligence".

Not to mention the gaggle of celebs who were involved in bribing the sports coaches of the college teams to allow their precious little but otherwise talentless ones to be sports team members to gain admission to colleges; or who paid stand-ins to take various tests for them.
The ones I know about are all proud leftists....which does not rule out the possibility that not ALL of them were.

I’m calling for everybody to go on these Twitter lib sites listed and post right wing sites!

I have instructed college level American History and Government courses online for many years. I would say that any academic who would attempt to discourage the presence of opposing viewpoints in civic education should be sued for malpractice. I hope that a lot of college instructors forced online due to present circumstances will fail to indoctrinate with the ease they are able to do so in a classroom.
