Hillary Clinton just can’t quit Wisconsin. Or, more specifically, can’t quit blaming its voting system for her 2016 electoral defeat.
The Democratic presidential candidate has repeatedly criticized the state’s voter ID law, which was in place for the first time in the election that pitted Clinton against Republican Donald Trump. And she’s repeatedly found herself at odds with the facts.
In May 2017, Clinton claimed that 200,000 Wisconsinites "were either denied or chilled in their efforts to vote." We rated that Mostly False.
In March 2019, she then claimed that "somewhere between 40,000 and 80,000 people were turned away from the polls (in 2016) because of the color of their skin" and other factors. That was even farther from the truth and drew a Pants on Fire rating.

Uh, that’s kind of a spread isn’t it?
It is amazing how the political novice Team Trump managed to suppress the Hillary votes in the states where he got his majorities to win, while political machine Team Hillary managed to lose those states — some of which were ‘blue’ just one election previous.

[I am actually surprised that Team Hillary did not have a better steal-the-votes operation in some states. Dems did manage to count-until-Dems-win in several House districts in 2018.]

Before an election, these fact checkers will hammer democrats in an attempt to gain credibility. Once the election starts, they target Republicans.
Hillary Clinton is a liar. Gosh, we’ve known that for over 20 years.
And the Democrat Party voters are OK with that.
I confess that I am loving this. All day every day this gnaws at her. She is chained to a Promethium rock of her own making and can’t get loose.
