Pretty sure that doesn’t work. Obama has hit the ‘expire’ date on his having any chance of being President again. IF anything happened to Biden, Obama could NOT succeed him.

Requirements for VP include eligibility for the office of President. After FDR, was it ever codified that one can only be president twice in successive terms?
