When my BP medication worked too fast I fainted. Hit the ground like a ton of grips.

Were you leaned up against a stanchion, rigid as hell, your head forced up like a character in Awakenings? I doubt it.
BP medication makes you lightheaded and that lightheadedness can make you fall or faint. Not the same thing at all.

Not quite. While her legs buckled, her top portion was stiff as a board. If that was a faint, her head should have dropped forward. It didn't. I bet she was conscious the whole time.
I've watched Dr. Noel explain his interpretation of the event on youtube. His Parkinson's explanation makes a lot of sense.
