This was the darkest day in American political history that I have seen. Cruz was literally savaged by the media and even Cruz supported told me they were “ashamed” and repulsed by the incredible events in Colorado that we will never forget. I have ordered Tee shirts to take to Cleveland that say just that.
I am going to tell you cruzers this. Be very careful about loving those hidden rules ( hidden from 1.2 million Colorado voters). WE have some rules heading right at you and we don’t want to hear any complaining because you are all about rules. You don’t care about the will of the people, you just sneak around in your little Gope back rooms and pick candidates like an oligarchy. Remember what I say about the Rules because you are going to see them in the near future. Its coming.

Do you think Trump’s calling Cruz “lyin’ Ted” will win over Cruz supporters for the general election?

If anything, in fact, the delegate-wrangling process should be a godsend for Trump. It moves the race out of the ballot box, where he’s vulnerable to a surge of #NeverTrump votes as the primaries near their conclusion, to the backroom, where he can work his fatcat dealmaking magic

________________________________________________________
Are there any actual polls in the upcoming Northeast and West coast primaries showing Cruz in the lead ?

How the hell is Trump going to win a national election if he has no ground game in state after state???

Hillary or Sanders will eat him alive. If he continues to blow off organizing by state , he will lose the national election if he is the nominee. It is getting very late in the day to put his organization together for a national election. No amount of spin and taunts on this site can make up for Trump's lack of effort. I am very concerned that he continues to complain rather than work at building a team...

Cruz hid behind “rules are rules.” Just because something “can” be done, doesn’t mean it should be. Jury nullification...is an American legal option too (Remember, Ted?).

Cruz could have said “these rules are unjust, wrong and immoral” — and called proportional allocation of CO’s delegates based on reputable polls or another method.

But no. He didn’t do that. Because - greedy and corrupt...

I take it that Cruz is quite proud of his voterless “victory’? If all states were voterless, the unlikeable, lying, Canadian POS would have a much better chance of winning.

I am glad this is backfiring on Cruz. Everyone is outraged which is good. The voters were robbed. This country is no better then North Korea, Cuba or Iran.

So says the Trumpster that joined Jly 2015...

Do you live here in Colorado? I do. I can tell you for a fact Trump has absolutely no ground game in Colorado. Do you think the Democrats like that come November if Trump is the nominee???

Cruz has a formidable ground game as does Hillary. Trump has laid off most of his people and has almost no ground team.

This very worrisome for the general election.

Why does ‘Allahpundit’ think Cruz is an outsider?

Has he been living under a rock?

Don’t bother to confront the Trump people with the realities of general election politics. Trump will hire the “best people” and Hellary will see it and forfeit the whole election!

A lot of Trumpsters on this site really know politics and the importance of a ground game. This really has to be disconcerting to them no matter how much they blame GOPe / Cruz sleeze.

Trump could have organized and taken over or least heavily contested each meeting, but it is easier to not show up and then whine about cheating...

Do you think the Democrats nationwide now want a Trump ticket with no ground game???

I do...

agree I never see anyone mention the tweet right after or how the establishment sets the rules to get their guy in, this time cruz.

Why not Kasich? Isn't he closer to being an establishment guy? Since nobody is going to get 1237 and everybody on this site (who supports Trump) thinks it's going to be a brokered convention where someone who didn't run will be brought in what difference does it make on who gets the vote?

Cruz could have said “these rules are unjust, wrong and immoral” — and called proportional allocation of CO’s delegates based on reputable polls or another method.

So why didn't Trump do the same in FL, SC, MO - all of those states where he got a much higher percentage of delegates than he got of the popular vote? He could have done that if he wanted to be "fair".

But no. He didn’t do that. Because - greedy and corrupt...

According to the article, the rules they wrote for Jeb! Bush helped Ted Bush? I guess as long as they keep it in the family, it is all good.

When rules, like bankruptcy and imminent domain, work for Trump and allow him to steal from others he is fine with it. When they don’t work for him he is a whiner. What a hypocrite.
