It’s weird and the results don’t pop up other than Rubio is beating Cruz.
Keep going along the graph and you’ll find that Mr. Trump garnered 18%.

Sounds like MI people want to be the first to select an establishment-favored candidate. They began leaving the GOP there way back when Harold Stassen became irrelevant.
