Hillary Clinton called out "systemic racism" in the criminal justice system, during the Democratic debate in Charleston, South Carolina, on Sunday night.
And when NBC Nightly News Anchor Lester Holt asked, "are black lives being cheap a reality or just perception?" Clinton answered: "Sadly, it's reality."
Police brutality, and how to combat it, was a large topic at the debate, which took place not far from where Scott -- a black man from North Charleston -- was shot and killed as he ran away from a police officer.
"It has been heartbreaking, and incredibly outraging, to see the constant stories of young men like Walter Scott, who have been killed by police officers," she said. "There needs to be a concerted effort to address the systemic racism in our criminal justice system."(continued)

The left has been minimizing the value of black lives for decades by targeting black babies for abortion.
When they decide that black babies deserve to live, they will have more credibility when they claim that black lives matter.
To her, maybe, but not to any decent person.

I guess Hillary is desperate to get Obama’s black supporters to the polls, because white people have given up on the Democrats.
If a candidate was strong enough to stand tall and tell The Truth about dimocratic victimization of black people, it would cut into the percentage they get. Maybe it would be enough.
She recently agreed there is “white terrorism” and that police “terrorize” neighborhoods.
That’s why she was so honored to get the Margaret Sanger Award from Planned Parenthood, because Black babies are killed disproportionately by abortion, and Sanger considered Blacks an inferior race that should be destroyed.
Apparently they do since Hillary wants to give them free abortions.
Maybe according to democrats. I personally think all lives are worth the same. Some people have positive or negative impacts on others and sometimes people need to be removed from society.
That's what I was thinking. I was raised with this crazy notion that all men (and women) are created equal. Apparently some people believe others cannot make it without specific protections, quotas, handouts...
Funny how she says this and she also accepted the Margaret Sanger award, the biggest racist in history..who wanted as many black babies as possible to be aborted, someone should ask Hitlary if she supports those black lives
