Many mexicans are catholic and could be considered social conservative. In general I would agree with them on social issues. For the most part I suspect the “conservative” label here is more a manipulation than a reality. Religious conservatives should be the first to support obeying immigration laws and be against stealing citizenship and government funds. Those that are generally conservative, buy the emotional arguments that the end justifies the means.
I don’t know how “conservative” they are, but they can’t be conservative enough.
Are they illegal aliens?
The false flag RINO dodos think that we will keep falling for their magic word “conservative”.
I suggest patriots show up at these “meetings” to remove illegals intent on creating chaos or harming them while engaging in La Razan activities.
They’ll organize groups to “crash” any rally’s in mass....
I wonder if the groups were set up by Democrats years ago in order to pull off this stunt. I know they have done the same thing with phony Christian organzations.

I am speaking from the recesses of the People’s Republic of Massachusetts which is heavily Catholic and even more heavily DEMOCRAT! To most DEMOCRAT catholics in Massachusetts, the DEMOCRAT party comes before the catholic church. Notice that DEMOCRAT is written all in capitals and catholic is written in lower case letters to show the relation of the importance of these two institutions to the typical Massachusetts voter. They are morally lax to say the least. The STATE is their god. People here have been taught to look to the STATE for everything. If people from Europe which is less corrupt than Mexico can have their souls bought and sold by the government think how much more so the Mexican and South American population would be. Even the poorest Europeans do not live in shacks while I have seen many pictures of barrios and favelas in Latin America. People in Mexico have had the right to vote for something like 90 years and they have not done a very good job with it.
That makes sense. I cede to your perspective on that. I can only assess it by those I know. It is different here in the mid-west. I do know some Democrat Catholics, but it is almost as rare as Democrat Baptists. But as the churches grow more theologically liberal, their members grow more politically liberal. The left has active operatives working to move denominations to the left for that very reason.
Some of the religious Democrats I have known are Dem becomes they believe 1) in Unions; and 2) in the welfare state. Much of that perspective dates back to the 1970s. I would like to ask them if they are still Democrat today.
Actually it goes back to Franklin Roosevelt. He built the structure of modern big government liberalism.
As far as I can determine, there is nothing such thing as a conservative Mexican. Not in the way we define conservatism anyway.
Yes. I was talking about the specific people I know or have known. I am not old enough to have direct knowledge of people during the FDR Admin. I can only know what they thought later. I was trying to be very narrow and speak only of what I have actually heard people say.
The universities are the cathedrals of leftism. They have been attacking the Christian faith for centuries and they are doing it with our tax money. It is time to put an end to tax sponsored “womens studies”, “black studies”, “glbtq studies”, “black lives matters”, “anarchists” etc. not to mention all those bogus “climate change” studies.
I think Trump would love to get his hands in this.

I bet she wasn’t like that before she entered college. My best friend has a son who was turned into a Marxist by his college professors. He has a long, long list of everything that is wrong with the United States and all that it has ever done but he continues to live a comfortable life here.
About 30 years ago I worked with a woman who had a son in college, she told us what her son would come home and say that the professors would tell the students. They even said that George Washington died of syphilis. Can you believe that. Anything to drag down our heroes and national pride. Everything American is bad and every leftist country is good. The communist/socialist have been using this bad mouthing scheme for many years. Poisonous propaganda is their most dangerous weapon.
I read a column once about anti-American propaganda in Swedish school textbooks. The textbook was a geography book which had pictures of different countries in the world. All the other countries had picture postcard photos of charming villages, bucolic country scenes and beautiful cities but the picture of America was of a slum. You can’t get more heavy handed than that. It is bad enough that these vipers have turned other nations against us but the worst of it is that they have turned us against ourselves.

Trust me, people who came here legally and who are conservative are completely against any legalization of the illegals.
They are also for Trump. I know this, personally.
