A Michigan political consultant working for Rand Paul says he was punched in the face by Marco Rubio's deputy campaign manager during an alleged incident at a bar in Mackinac Island, where the Mackinac Republican Leadership Conference is set to begin Friday.
John Yob, who is national political director and chief strategist of Paul's Michigan campaign, wrote that Rubio deputy campaign manager Rich Beeson "literally physically assaulted me by punching me in the face."
"Last night I went to a bar on Mackinac Island for the GOP Mackinac Conference. I ran into a guy named Rich Beeson, who frankly I didn't even know who it was at first because he isn't relevant in our political world. Anyway, he is Marco Rubio's national campaign manager. He literally physically assaulted me by punching me in the face," Yob wrote in a Facebook post early Friday morning. "The state police are looking for him. I have it on video, from multiple angles. This will play out in the national media in the next few hours."
The incident allegedly took place at Horn's Bar, traditionally a popular gathering place for conference attendees.
“There was a complaint made of an alleged assault,” said Mackinac Island police Chief Brett Riccinto, who said he’s still waiting to receive video of the incident. “Until then I don’t want to make a statement.” The complaint, he added, would be forwarded to a local prosecutor.
Later Friday morning, Yob called on Rubio "to fire Beeson immediately."
Request for comment from both the Paul and Rubio campaigns were not immediately returned.
Hard to sympathize with someone on a ritzy, all-expenses paid Mackinac vacay.

Rand Paul is a pussy. He makes pussy statements about “Islamophobia”, he makes pussy statements when Trump points out that he sucks, and he hires pussies as his campaign staffers. I mean, come on, one of RUBIO’s guys intimidates you? LOL!
Yeah, I’m no Rubio fan, but knowing the types that the Pauls tend to attract as followers, I would guess this guy said to deserve a punch in the teeth!

My guess is Yob offered Beeson a ‘job’ and Beeson was disinclined to accept.

Lets do nothing and let Rand Paul’s worker deal with his own problem.
