People are TIRED of the eGOP and Socialist/communist coalitions of “go along to get along.” America is pissed off that the Emperor continues to act as if the USC does not exist.
I don’t care about Trump’s “purity rating” (of course Reagan himself would only score a 50 out of 100 in FR) — if he does what he says and says what he does he has my vote.
Trump has gone after american companies relocating overseas, but unless he goes after unions as well, his threat of raising import tariffs will only result in higher prices for everyone, and retaliations by other countries.
He needs to come out strongly in favor of right to work laws.
As for trade imbalance, there’s a market mechanism for dealing with that. It’s the currency exchange trade.
He needs to go after countries that manipulate their currencies and don’t let the market set the exchange rates.
On that score, he has definitely indicated that he will do so.

Didn’t Ford just announce that they will be building their Heavy Duty Pickup Line in MI rather than Mexico? I know it has been in negotiations for a while, but you can bet that a lot of People will still give Trump credit for forcing Ford’s hand in the final decision, deserved or not.
