I wondered what happened to ol’ Toure. Did he just get out of jail?
He’s got a lot of time on his hands since “The Cycle” went the way of “The Ed Schultz Show” and whatever the other one was that recently was cancelled. The viewership dropped below the threshold of 10 and they pulled the plug.
Saw the author’s name, read the first paragraph where he quoted “Jon” Capehart, and skipped the rest.
Again with the insults in the first few sentences !
Trump...right now, is just plain fun. Watching him demolish the mediots who fancy themselves as smarter than most is delicious.
Whether that translates to votes is anybody’s guess. And they are exactly that, guesses

But for the last sentence, this could have been said by Trump himself. Toure has stumbled on the truth somehow, some way.
Tom Cotton, Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Trey Goudy? There must be others.
The real reason Trump may become president, he is the only one who has demonstrated he will actually fire someone for being a moron or generally not doing their job.
I am a Cruz supporter, but I tell you this is the reason he surged in the polls and remains a leader.
If he realizes this is his power, he could be unstoppable regardless of some unpopular positions and comments.

Now I don’t know what exactly Trump supporters are rallying behind. Perhaps it’s some combination of persona, bluster, wealth, plus a lack of filter, a rejection of government, a rejection of traditional politicking, and the supposedly angry id of the far right. But it’s certainly not his positions on the issues—Trump has no serious policy positions. The man seems allergic to specifics. Does he really want to build a literal wall between the US and Mexico? Is that a serious idea? On the question of how to deal with ISIS, he’s said when he’s president, “They’re gonna be in so much trouble.” OK. How? Why? When? What?!?
Why are people rallying around Trump? If I had to make an educated guess I would have to say because he IS NOT a politician. And so far he is NOT begging/dunning for donations to fund his campaign.
Those are very powerful characteristics today in an electorate that has been bled nearly dry by the death of a thousand cuts from politicians who say they represent us and our ideals.
I hope I am. I hope you’re right. Collecting every single email, phone call, medical procedure.. He has dirt on everyone. Easy to blackmail and bribe.
