He's a major Clinton donor - and he was very clear about his motives: if you do the Clintons favors, they will do favors for you.

His strategy is clear to anyone capable of stepping back and assessing the chessboard.

His job, which he is doing well, is to alienate Hispanics and women from the GOP.

This helps a weak Hillary Clinton in the general election.

He divides the base: some conservatives see a purveyor of red meat on some key issues, others realize he is a lifelong flipflopper who will say anything to get the reaction he wants.

That helps weaken the eventual GOP nominee.

He will run third party if the GOP nominee looks like he has a chance of beating Clinton: he's given himself an out, saying he will support the nominee if the GOP treats him "fairly." There's an exception you could drive a convoy of trucks through. This is a guy who will sue anyone at the drop of a hat - the only way to treat Trump in a way he considers "fair" is to fawn over him and give him whatever he asks for.

So he will run third party if the Clintons need him to.

Mark my words.

“So he will run third party if the Clintons need him to.”

The only people who care about him running 3rd party are conservatives.

The RNC is perfectly happy with a dim president and congress.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Yeah, if it wasn't for Trump, all those Hispanics-- with nary a high school diploma in sight-- will be rushing into the arms of the Republicans. Now they're all going to vote for the biggest welfare check! Damn that Donald Trump! /s

This country needs a third party anyways.

No one wants Bush, Rubio , Walker , Kaicsh or any of the owned puppets of the RNC - Chamber of Crony capitalist crowd.

I think Trump could beat both Hillary and one of the KStreet puppets anyways.
He has the name recognition and identified as the DC outsider which the whole country is demanding.
Newsflash The GOP owned by K street and run like a anti conservative swat team by Walker's boy Prebius . We are the enemy to them.

Trump scared them and stopped them from ramming thru Amnesty in July
which was Boneheads - Ryan -Mitchy - The RNC game plan before Trump arrived on the Scence.

I think he is very smart to emphasize that LEGAL Hispanics also want jobs that are going to ILLEGAL Hispanics. If you were an Hispanic living in a predominately Hispanic neighborhood that is becoming overrun with illegals—how would you feel? Donald Trump gets it even though he is a rich guy. Donald Trump is practical and speaks to people about real things not airy fairy, pie-the-sky stuff that RINOs like to repeat over and over. They are talking to each other and their consultants and NOT THE PEOPLE.

He is going to mop the floor with Hillary Clinton and I would pay to watch it.

I am a woman, a mother and a grandmother and I am not offended by Trump. He is a bit rough around the edges but I always say better a diamond in the rough than a polished rhinestone. All that we have been getting in recent years are polished rhinestones with their carefully crafted campaigns.

Sounds like a pretty good analysis.

He's a major Clinton POLITICAL donor of both parties- and he was very clear about his motives: if you do the Clintons POLITICIANS of either party favors, they will do favors for you.

To quote Donald Trump: "I'm a business man....."

The Republicans screwed the electorate wen we gave tem the House.

The REpublicans screwed the electorate when we gave them the senate.

If the Republicans win the presidency they will screw the electorate yet again and govern like Hillary.

The Republican donors give to Republicans and to Hillary. They hedge their bets, but somehow Trump is the problem.

I see no downside to voting for Trump because the Republicans will screw us and reneg on all their promises or Hillary will win. There will be no difference.

He does better among Hispanics than the other Rs. He does better among dem women than most Rs do among R women. He draws more blacks than any other R although Carson is up there too. He draws dems as much as Rs. His appeal is not defined by party or race or positions on all the issues. He wants to save America...the others just want to be president.

See, it’s country over party now. People of all political persuasions see it, feel it, know it and fear it....our country is about done.

So irrespective of anything, all kinds of people are voting for country (over party).

Imo
