Some people have more money than insight.
Money and organization will guarantee a win, absolutely. Just ask President Phil Gramm.
Wait, what?
He’s not the second coming of George W. Bush, he’s the second coming of either Michael Huffington or Linda McMahon.
I think he’s raising a lot of money because he’s probably perceived as being good for business...and he would be. However, I’d rather see him doing it as Secretary of Commerce than as President.
Also, I just don’t think there’s enough enthusiasm about Jeb for the voters to turn out for him. And while money is important, you have to have more than that. Romney had bunches of it, but even dedicated GOPers didn’t turn out to vote for him.
The rules do allow El Jefe to fund Schumer’s Huckleberry. At least with the FEC money, an FEC account can be used to support another FEC account.
Theoretically, incumbents not facing serious challenge are supposed to use some of their war chest to help fellow party candidates in tight races. That’s the reason behind the rule.
So far as the superPACs go, they can most likely do pretty much what they want. Citizens United pretty much made them untouchable (not a complaint, just a fact).
I kinda forgot Jeb was even running.
He is the candidate of the establishment and the Chamber of Cronies, nobody is surprised he can raise money
lol
I can’t imagine giving him money.
Romney was Democrat in an R jersey and people did not believe he was “severely” conservative. People who want to say they are but aren’t always add a qualifier. Compassionate conservative. Reform conservative.
Those are phony conservatives.
Jebster is a phony conservative.
Phony conservatives lose.
The RNC doesn’t care.
Their mission is to keep us from electing anyone who will stop the invasion/cheap labor importation.
Jeb’s only getting money because GWB is calling in favors for him.
United we stand. Divided we fall.
All the election money ends up with liberal media owners. Stop donating for television and direct mail.
