If that is so, why did he take such an uncharacteristically non-conservative position such as supporting renewable fuel standard, or RFS?
Why did he tell Tea-Partiers that they should be fighting the Democrats and not the RINO Republicans in the last election cycle?
Why did he give up on the Gay-Marriage fight in Wisconsin?
These actions of his certainly don't sound like Reagan to me?!

Here is what Reagan did when faced with the subsidization of a product:
REAGAN VICTORIOUS ON MILK SUBSIDIES
This is directly opposite to the position taken by Scott Walker on the RFS.
