Ted Cruz is the most skilled speech giver in GOP, no exceptions. Agreed. Both Cruz and Jindal are bold, and I like that. But the problem with Jindal is that he is very uneven. He really can't be counted on to give a great speech...you just never know until it's over. Perhaps he will improve with time.
