Agreed. Both Cruz and Jindal are bold, and I like that. But the problem with Jindal is that he is very uneven. He really can't be counted on to give a great speech...you just never know until it's over. Perhaps he will improve with time.
From what I see, Jindal’s voice coach is doing a good job.
I still recall with horror his response to SOTU some years back. I saw him just yesterday on Fox News, and he now talks slower and clearer. His problem is his speech can’t keep up with his brain.
