No Pauls.
They know Jeb is a weak candidate in the general election so of course they’re pushing and hoping for his nomination. Don’t put it past them to pull a reverse “Operation Chaos” to ensure Jeb is the man they face in November 2016.
Why do you care?
There will be thirty-eight front-runners before this is all over. Why should we worry about it before it's even begun?
Jeb polls at about 3 percent among Republicans, last I heard.
Calm down.
Call 10 registered Republicans, read a list of names, and “Bush” will be the only one about 7 of them will recognize.
These polls are misleading because they include so many candidates. It is like those newspapers take reader votes for best restaurants. Unless there is a dominant local favorite, a mediocre chain usually wins.
Rockford, Illinois has plenty of good meat and potatoes restaurants, but Burger King wins the “best hamburger” vote. Atlanta is a world class city with a number of good Italian restaurants, but “Olive Garden” wins the vote.
If they wanted to have an interesting poll, try this: “who is your last choice”, or even “which nominee would you not vote for in a general election?” Jeb might well win those as well.
If we seriously make it Bush/Clinton, I’m done with elections. Only revolution will change anything. Seriously?! BUSH!? FREAKIN BUSH! Are the majority of GOP voters as mentally unstable as the rats!
The Booshies suck. These liberal morons have done enough damage to the US.
And Hillary was just chosen as America’s most admired women. Let the propaganda spew!!
The media is polling the media. Theyou are going to try and choose our candidate.
The media is polling the media. They are going to try and choose our candidate.
Probably the NYT’s newsroom.
The Democrats are salivating for a Jeb candidacy. Every day we will see a video on TV of his mother saying the US does not need another Bush.
No Jeb, No Mitt, No Rand, No Christie, No RINO!
I hope to gosh that these polls are polling the only people answering landlines during the day: the elderly, possibly with dementia. My mom with dementia wouldn’t remember which Bush was which, and if Fox News likes someone, she’ll vote for them. (No, she won’t be voting any more, but still.)
