If the Congress is already the representative body of the entire American people, surely a Black Caucus is antithetical to so-called race relations?
You can when your district is 90% black. Although they know, they’re just playing the only card in their deck.
And ironically it is the fourteenth amendment that can do it...
Did they not listen to one word of the decision announcement?
So they sat through all the testimony?
I guess just like you have to read the bill to see what’s in it, you also have to indict a white police officer simply because he’s white without listening to the facts.
Obviously, a diverse grand jury of 9 white folks and 3 black folks listened to the facts did not find probable cause. But the Congressional Black Caucus knows better, of course.
Nor did they read the evidence and the grand jury hearing transcripts as have just seen.
It’d be more accurate if they called the decision “a punch in the face and a grab for a gun.”

Yah, they’ve got plenty of that for sure. So called Black Leadership tried to intimidate the Grand Jury. I was pleasantly surprised that it stayed with the facts and evidence and No Billed Wilson. Maybe there is hope for the Republic....
From what I can see, judging from the likes of Sheila Jackson Lee and her buds in the CBC, they are no better than the thugs firebombing their own town. Just better dressed.

The only requirement is the color of their skin.

Earlier this a.m. Fox News reported that the Grand Jury’s decision was unanimous, so no one can claim it was a racial decision.
