New App Launching to Report Voter Fraud
Tea Party News Network ^ | TPNN Staff

Posted on 11/02/2014 8:59:39 PM PST by Windflier

A new app, which allows users to conveniently report voter fraud, will be available for iOS and Android on November 1.

The app, called VoteStand, is being launched by True the Vote, an anti-voter fraud group that was one of the groups unconstitutionally targeted by the Obama IRS.

According to the VoteStand website, “the app uses a high level encryption, inside the app allowing information to get to the right people to make reporting voter fraud easily.”

This looks like something that may be of use to combat Democrat vote fraud in this election.

Hat tip to ExTexasRedhead.

I am a cynic and sneer at Smartphones, but have a strong hunch that the vast majority of those devices are owned LIV or outright leftists.

The left does emphasize "social networking" as a primary tool, and that appears to be the prime territory for Smartphone users from my observer view.

Few of them actually make phone calls on them, do they?

Sounds like it could be helpful... And for anyone who thinks only leftists use smartphones craw out of your cave... Somewhere between 1/2 and 2/3 of Americans have smartphones - plus tens of millions who have Tablets.

I have 470 FB friends — almost all have smartphones and all are Conservative...

Not 1 of your 470 FB friends will be standing beside you as you take a ball bat and kneecap the New Black Panthers standing outside the polling. place.

Where did that come from? Wow! ... I would hope someone would now that we know they are capable of that kind of stuff — but your remark is rather strange as it does not relate to smarphones

Ads long as the DemocRATs are in charge of ENFORCEMENT, it’s useless.

99% of my conservative friends own smart phones. None of them are LIVs.

It definitely could be. It's high time we conservatives used some of these new technologies to further the cause of liberty.

In August 2010, Harris County Voter Registrar Leo Vasquez told ABC news (Houston affiliate KTRK), “We have evidence indicating violations of the Texas election code, falsified documents being submitted to this governmental office and possibly violations of federal election laws.” His office’s investigation found 1,597 instances of multiple applications for the same voter, 1,014 applications for folks already registered to vote, 325 for teenagers who are too young to register and 25 from folks who admitted on the application they are not even US citizens. Vasquez said the applications were all gathered by paid deputies with the group Houston Votes. Of the 25,000 applications the group filed in the last three months (June, July, August 2010), only 7,193 were actually for new voters.

True the Vote’s activities during the 2010 election cycle were largely confined to Harris County, Texas. True the Vote asserts that it uncovered numerous examples of voter fraud, stating, for example: “Vacant lots had several voters registered on them. An eight-bed halfway house had more than 40 voters registered at its address.” During the election, the Texas Democratic Party accused True the Vote of voter intimidation in largely Hispanic and African-American polling areas.

(Where would you look for voter fraud?)

Oh, now we’re leftists because we’re up to speed enough to be using a smart phone? Really? Now that’s just dumb.

And yes, we do make all our calls on them. Next time maybe use a /sarc tag?

This is great, but, why were we not made aware of this months ago or at least a couple of weeks before the Election? Well, at least we can get people aware of this and knowledgeable about how to use this device before the 2016 Elections.

TTV RELEASES FREE VOTER PROTECTION APP ‘VoteStand’

Tool available to help voters report cases of irregularity and fraud

HOUSTON, TX. -- October 27, 2014: True the Vote (TTV), the nation's leading voters’ rights and election integrity organization, today announced the availability of its free smartphone application, VoteStand, which will allow voters to report cases of potential election irregularity and fraud with ease.

VoteStand empowers voters to help identify, document and, in some cases, capture images of voter fraud or suppression in their varying forms. Submissions are given careful review by TTV and are then referred to appropriate authorities for official action as needed. Users can view referred cases based on their location within the app and share on major social networking sites.

Version 2.0, available for the 2014 election, will allow voters to report instances of:

  • Absentee vote fraud
  • Voter identity fraud
  • Illegal electioneering
  • Machine tampering
  • Felon vote fraud
  • Misinformation/Suppression
  • Multiple voting
  • Voter intimidation
  • Voter registration fraud
  • Vote buying

Calling all members of the RNC hierarchy.... LISTEN UP! LISTEN UP! LISTEN UP!

I am so tired of hearing about DemocRAT voter fraud every election. We’ve got two years to educate people as to how to report vote fraud using this app and to put the word out to the “cheaters. “We’re coming after you and we will prosecute your butt.”

Let them have all the Smart Phones they want. Most liberals aren't smart enough to use a Smart phone anyhow. Besides, they are NOT going to report vote fraud. If they do...... well..... hey; let the good times roll mama.

It was NOT a personal attack... I felt bad that it might be taken out of context... the point is that we are at the point where “virtual compatriots” only get so far. There need to be actual people making actual changes... using actual tar... and actual feathers. You don’t get that on Facebook.

Better at the 11th hour than not at all, but yeah, it would have been nice to get wind of this early enough for a significant number of conservatives to use it.
