NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. More schools are pointing out the emperor has no clothes, or in this case, isnt eating the rabbit food being given to everyone else.
Yorks North Tonawanda Board of Education is the latest to lash out at the new school lunch rules championed by First Lady Michelle Obama.
We left thinking, what are we feeding these kids? school board president Colleen Osborn, said at a recent meeting, according to the Tonawanda News.
We have students of all different shapes and sizes. Some of these kids have lunch at 10 a.m. and then theyre limited and cant buy other things. Its a broken system.
The paper reports the board is concerned students may be going hungry.

She will soon eat her words...and peas.
Of course, the rules elitists make up are for the little people, not for themselves...silly rabbit.

Incredible. What hypocrisy. Thank you for posting that.
I despise every single bone and fat globule of the Odious Obamas’ bodies.
Thanks, at my post 7 I compared what the Obama kids are having today from what our local high school kids are eating.
Last school year, someone posted a menu for the private school the Obama kids attended.
One lunch on that menu had a higher calorie count that a week of lunches at schools adhering to the Michelle Obama lunch standards for public schools.

Just a couple of weeks ago, we a recent pic of both Michelle and Barry chowing down on fastfoods.
I think the school board members, all over the country, should be forced to eat the school lunches for a couple of weeks, with no snacks allowed between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., and see what they think. I bet a lot more school boards would vote to veto Michelle’s lunch plans.
For what its worth.. I’ve heard various black people call a potato a “White potato”. But Never heard anyone of any other ethnicity use that term.
Interesting that bacon is listed both days. I wonder how they get away with that without offending someone. I expect bacon is not allowed in the public schools.
that’s an offense to rabbits. they wouldn’t eat this crap. i don’ t feed my guys the slop mooch demands prole kids eat.
and if they smuggle in anything, it’s confiscated imediately.
Simply put, the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to decide policy for intrastate school lunches.
In fact, the Supreme Court has clarifed that powers not specifically delegated to the feds via the Constitution, the power to regulate school lunches in this case, are prohibited to the feds.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
The children would also probably be able to argue the following. If FLOTUS really wants to be able to dictate lunch rules for schools then she must do the following. She must inspire Congress to propose a school lunch amendment to the Constitution to the states. And if the states choose to ratify her amendment then the feds will have the constitutional authority to regulate school lunches and FLOTUS will be a hero.
I’ve heard it a lot, both in the South and in my native New York: white potato as opposed to sweet potato. Has nothing to do with race, don’t sweat it.
And they get some in-school suspension; have to spend hours reading about the Revolutionary War or doing basic math tables, diagram sentences. HA
