People also don't remember that she lost to Obama because she didn't run an effective campaign, because she is not a good manager or leader. She is a celebrity, nothing more. This has little to do with the gun issue and everything to do with rehabilitating the progressives best chance to win in 2016 - an election that will be challenging based on history. Many democrat strategists also predict major problems and a backlash over Obamacare in 2016.
