Descending Into Madness: Beck Says GOP Trying To Politically Assassinate Him, Bachmann & Palin

He’s losing it.

It’s only a matter of time before the men with the strait jacket show up. In Beckistan, not only is world controlled by Soros-funded liberals, but the GOP now wants to “politically assassinate” him and his fellow truth tellers, Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin.

On his radio show today, Glenn Beck claimed that the Republican Party is out to politically assassinate him, Sarah Palin, and Michele Bachmann. [..]

Beck said, “May I just, I mean they’re going to call me a conspiracy theorist, but let’s go on a little conspiracy here, and I don’t claim to know what it is, and maybe it’s all coincidental, but I don’t believe in coincidence. I think there’s something happening with the Republicans and the right that is disturbing. There was a time when Republicans and the right if you will didn’t mind the Tea Party. They used them as fuel, but if you’ll notice Michele Bachmann is now enemy number one. Michelle Bachmann is being discredited like I haven’t seen before, and they’ve tried for a while, but like I haven’t seen before. Even those in Congress are distancing themselves from the Tea Party and the caucus, and you can make excuses and maybe some of them are valid, maybe. “

He floated his conspiracy theory that the GOP was out to politically assassinate himself, Bachmann and Palin, “Sarah Palin has always been pilloried by the left, but have you noticed the right and how she’s being pilloried? The same with me. The same with CPAC. Are decks being cleared? Is it just a coincidence, or is the 2012 presidential election raising its head now, and anyone who talks about freedom, or is a real wild card that could hurt the party, are they being politically assassinated at this point?”

I’m going to give him the contextual benefit of the doubt that he means “discredit” when he talks about “political assassination”, but it’s a little hard to be absolutely sure with Beck, isn’t it? Should members of the GOP fear the Beck ultra-loyalists, like Byron Williams?

Although he does not mention him by name, Beck is apparently nursing his wounded ego over being summarily dismissed as an unserious conspiracist by William Kristol and lashing out. For someone so eager to paint others in a conspiratorial light, he certainly is thin-skinned, as evidenced by his recent similar attacks on Lawrence O’Donnell.

This is one so-called "conspiracy theory" that he's almost certainly correct on. The author is obviously a left-wing hater.

Beck is hardly the only one on the RNCs “hate ‘em” list.

Nicole Bell: Crooks & Liars.

I knew the story would track back to a left wing kook outfit.

Not surprising at all.

It’s funny how one day he’ll diss Gov. Palin, but on another day, when he feels he’s losing influence, he’ll claim victimhood and drop her name in the same sentence.

Wrong Glenn. Sarah Palin remains enemy #1.

Michele Bachmann hasn’t seen anything yet.

See where it lands you? Time to pay the piper, IMHO.

It’s not madness. Beck has it exactly correct: the elite in the GOP and RNC cannot stand him, Palin, or Bachmann. These three have followers in the Tea Party, which the RNC hates. Witness the vitriol thrown on Palin by by Karl Rove, Dana Perino, and Charles Krauthammer. These RINO pundits are DEEPLY connected in the Republican party and the RNC. When they speak, they are the mouth of the elite.

I think the status quo (as Ronald Reagan said is “Latin for ‘the mess we’re in’ “) RINO’s are terrified of Glenn, Sarah and Michelle. They are the ones who are standing up and calling them out.

The Grand Old Pussies are infiltrated with disease and if the party is going to have any chance of survival, the disease needs to be eradicated.

“The plaid pants wings of the GOP dont like true conservatives anymore than the Democrats do.”

Because the GOP and Dems are the same thing, one and the same in all aspects. The problem is we should never have settled for a two party system, and were warned not to by the very peopel who built this country. And why true conservatives should not continue to play the game. The argument is that if people don’t support the two party system, then the Dems always win. Well if they always win, then it’s due to an apathetic public, and it wouldn’t matter what “Moderate” ran on the “Republican” ticket. The problem is with the voters refusing to take a real interest in their country, and thus settling for whoever the establishment puts in front of their faces. Well, that can be thwarted by open primaries, the “Good ole boys,” a coercive media or anything else. Just ask John McCain who won the primary out of nowhere, and was a horrific candidate.

Yes. This is something we agree on. The Rinos in the GOP are struggling with all their might to keep up the one party system they have going with the DNC.

What BS. He said “politically assassinated”.

The writer is a liar.

And Beck is no Gov. Palin.

No “conspiracy” theory here. Facts are stubborn things, as someone has observed. All one needs to do is listen to the “talking heads” who daily and nightly contribute their little discrediting inferences and selected clips of the day’s events.

“He isnt paranoid. The plaid pants wings of the GOP dont like true conservatives anymore than the Democrats do.”

The Rockefeller Republicans are raising their ugly heads. There is no longer a Democrat and Republican party. There is a Conservative party and a Liberal party and the lines are being drawn who belongs to which.

Thank you for that phrasology. It cracked me up, but I know exactly what you mean. I’m an immigrant woman with the requisite accent and I used to be very far to the left on the political spectrum. There’s an element in the GOP that still invites my ire and scorn. I couldn’t quite describe it. Now, thanks to your succinct phrasology, I’ll know to call it the plaid pants wing of the GOP. Thanks!

I cannot disagree with him on this one. Yes, I’m peeved at Glenn for siding w/ the blowhard regarding barrys long form; however, this is something I can see with my own “lying eyes”.

It is time to tell the GOP and RNC to take a hike and form a 3rd party. They have not listened to the tea part from day one. What makes anyone believe that they ever will listen?
