The fact that it hasn't been satisfactorily resolved is where the madness comes in.

I wouldn’t call it “madness” ... but I think, at this point, it is doing more harm than good — i.e. it swings more voters against us than for us. Until we have more information (which we should still pursue), I think it’d be beneficial to the electoral chances in November to let the issue rest.

I am quite sure many here will disagree.

It’s sickening watching Ted suck up to liberals hoping to be accepted into their clique.

Sixty-three percent believe he is a socialist.

A year ago, Newsweek ran a cover story which opined that "We're All Socialists Now". That would imply that 100% of everyone thinks that 100% of everyone else is a Socialist.

53% of Democrats believe Bush was involved in a conspiracy on 911; Homeland Security is a front for eventual martial law; 911 was an inside job, and the towers fell due to planted explosives. Wqaiting for that poll to be published.

He’s just echoing Glenn Beck.

Look. Fox News is not on the Birther Bandwagon.

I believe it will be some English or Canadian newspaper that finally breaks the truth of Obama’s illegitimate presidency.

Certainly not Fox or any other American media outlet.

Hey Billy...

Which of the following two selections is more indicative of insanity or madness: 1) asking for proof of eligibility to hold the presidency, as required by the Constitution, or 2) spending over a million dollars in legal fees rather than simply producing the document in question and putting the issue to rest? Idiot.

Hey Bill - let me rephrase the question: is he a NATURAL BORN citizen, as required by the Constitution?

O'Reilly's "best research staff in the biz" can't answer any of these questions.

0bamas’ hidden records: Why are these off limits?

1 Certified copy of original birth certificate
2 Columbia University transcripts
3 Columbia thesis paper
4 Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups
5 Harvard University transcripts
6 Illinois State Senate records
7 Illinois State Senate schedule
8 Law practice client list and billing records/summary
9 Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mother
10 Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
11 Occidental College Transcripts
12 Parent’s marriage Certificate
13 Record of baptism
14 Selective Service registration records
(Did Obama Actually Register for Selective Service?
This supposed revelation of 0's SS records has been debunked here and here.)
15 Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
16 Passport records for all passports
17 Scholarly articles
18 SAT and LSAT test scores
19 Access to his grandmother in Kenya
20 List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists
21 Punahou grade school records
22 Noelani Kindergarten records are oddly missing from the the State of Hawaii Department of Education.
23 Page 11 of Stanley Ann Dunham's divorce decree.
24 Why did Barack Obama resign from the Illinois bar and where are all of the relevant documents?
25 Why did Michelle Obama resign from the Illinois bar after only about four years of practice and where are all of the relevant documents?

Anyone who cares about their country would be very concerned that a POTUS had hidden every scrap of information of his life that he possibly could.

The Factor” has proven that Barack Obama was indeed born in America. It would have been impossible for anyone to get bogus birth announcements into two newspapers. And why would anyone bother unless they knew baby Barack would someday become President Barack? The birther deal is just madness.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Well, Gee!...Since it's so settled then why not just release the long form birth certificate?

Since it's so settled, why is Obama using DOJ attorneys and tying up the time of federal judges and federal courts in an attempt to prevent the release of his long form birth certificate?

If he is using federal courts, federal judges, and DOJ attorneys and citizen tax dollars just to make the birthers look loony, I don't think the American people will be amused with this waste of U.S. resources and money.

Really, I don't know why anyone cares what Bill O'RINO spouts.

He has never been a conservative and always wants to give Barry Sotero Dunham the benefit of the doubt.

The Right should shun him, he's not on our side.

Mr. OReilly,

An honest man would be **HONORED** to promptly prove in every way they were a natural born citizen and eligible to be president and Commander in Chief.

What does Obama’s behavior have to say about his honesty?

What does Obama’s behavior have to say about those who defend him.

Finally,...I see that the Dems are bringing this issue up themselves. Obama, himself, mentioned his citizenship at the Prayer Meeting as well as Kos, and Mother Jones.

So...Bill...Did you get a call from a DNC operative telling you that you too should mention Obama’s eligibility?

Since when is it madness to ask how BHO complies with the Constitutional requirement that he be ‘natural born’? I think that it is madness to treat the topic lightly, as if it didn’t really matter.

So far, about 1 year into his term, we have two data points: his assurance that he complies with this important clause and his spending over a million dollars on lawyers tasked with opposing and suppressing any attempt to pry a single credible document that might shed light on this issue.

I do not doubt that BHO was born in Hawaii. I understand that some have postulated he was born elsewhere. But that is not the end of the issue. It also pivots on what citizenship status he had at his birth.

The father he claims to have was not a US citizen at the time. His mother was not old enough to convey citizenship. If these two facts are in error, then I welcome a credible correction.

This issue is solved if he could show that his biological father was a US citizen at the time of his birth. That would demand that there are facts yet to be revealed. Could this explain the role of “Frank” in his life?

Lest anyone think this is a matter of race, it cannot be. What is “race” when a person can decide to be “black” some years after their birth? It is clearly not a genetic
determination. It is ideological. And for this American, that is exactly the issue.

Bill Clinton was given the title by liberals as the First Black President. Since BHO’s mother was Caucasian and the father he claims was black, then by the dictionary BHO is mulatto. But in his autobiography, BHO tells us that he decided to be “black”. I would appreciate that he be honest with us and tell us all that means.

I can understand and accept a president with a dark skin. I just cannot understand nor accept a president with a red ideology, wherever he was born and whoever his parents really were.

ever have to fill out a w-9 form? how about work for the govt? either way you must provide ID... and by that I don’t mean your drivers license. they want a passport or birth certificate.

McCain was forced to provide his info... and it was hillarys guy, Philip Berg, that started the push for 0bama’s eligibility requirements

last I checked... it is the LAW to provide the documentation. no amount of ridicule will diminish something so basic

why should this guy be above the law?

O’reilly always is/was/has been a Conservative of Convenience.

If there are Birth announcements, then there is a friggin long form.

“FREE THE LONG FORM!”

Then explain dual citizenship and why a dual allegiance just might be a problem for the head of our military.

The survey says 39 percent of self-identified Republicans believe President Obama should be impeached. Sixty-three percent believe he is a socialist. Only 42 percent of GOPers think the president was actually born in the United States. And 31 percent believe he hates white people.

What's tragic is that those opinion percentages should all be at 100%, along with the number of conservatives NOT watching Bull O'Really.
