First term as state senator...32 years old? Anybody else? I mean he sounds like a great candidate for a future run, but we need serious power to take out Evan.

Bayh has relied heavily on Clinton money for his past few campaigns. SInce that well has dried up, he’s been trying to protray himself as more conservative: Organizing “blue dogs in the Senate in Dec etc.

It’s way past time for Bye Bye Bayh campaign in the state. But IMO Pence or even “Mitch” would have better luck in taking him out.

OTOH who is going to take Lugar’s place if the rumors about his health are true?
