My computer just shut down for no reason... weird. It gave me a minute's notice that it had to shut off so I could close programs. Then it restarted itself.

But.. what if it's the Felis Extraterrestrialis' fault?

Good Tuesday Morning

Felis Domesticus (house cat)
Is really Felis Extraterrestrialis (Alien)
Looks the same, but is really just an infiltration unit designed to curry our trust right up until the time of the invasion.
Then we'll be subjugated to the will of the felines, and forced to chase catnip mice and carrry bowls of milk around and wait on hem paw and whisker.
Wait.. the invasion has already happened!
We already do those thigs!
We're already slaves to teh felines!
I have to get out of here now!
Oh NO! MY CAT HAS SPOTTED ME!
AAaaaauaaaaaugh!

*From under the pile of catnip.*
But..but.. they're so CUTE!
I never could stand dogs.
Especially after being bitten in the face for no reason by a German Shepard.
Cats could never find a way to do that same amount of damage to me no matter how hard they tried.
(Atcually did have a cat try to put a hurt on me, found out the hard way I have a size and reach advantage. Since then, there's been a rather affectionate truce.)
Still have one scar remaining from the dog.
And it was the deepest of the wounds I had, right under my left eye.
The rest have faded or healed remarkably well.
But I never could trust dogs after that.

It does sound as if your computer has caught a cold or something Valerie.
Lately, my phone will ring, but when I answer, there's only the dial tone...something sinister?
Good luck with it.

Especially after being bitten in the face for no reason by a German Shepard Ummm .. I can see why you wouldn't like dogs
Back when I was younger and had a paper route .. there was this german shepard that came chasing after me. I just threw the bag of papers at him and jumped on the roof of the nearest car.

I still have no idea why Queenie bit me, but ever since then I have a learyness about dogs.
Small dogs don't bother me much.
It's the medium to large bruisers that make me worry.
But for some strange reason, dogs like me.
(Almost universally since I was bit. How annoying.)
I will accept a dog in my home, but it's more like an uneasy truce.
