Is CMT trying to restore the Dixie Chicks image?

This is my first time posting , so sorry if it is a little rough. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that CMT has been playing alot of programs featuring the Dixie Chicks? It seems like they are trying to revive there sorry careers.

A lot of media outlets - print, tv, cable, etc - are trying to revive the Ditsy Twits - I wish nothing but failure and hard times on the whole lot of them.

I never cared much for their "wall of cats" sound anyway...

I was channel-surfing yesterday and saw Natalie's huge mouth on CMT. In fact, like you, I have been seeing them on there almost every time I check past CMT.

I'm watching them right now on CMT with James Taylor. And there does seem to be a lot of Tim Robbins movies on lately. Aside from Shashank and Bull Durham, I caught part of Eric the Viking on yesterday.

Reminds me of what I sometimes tell people when they ask me what I do for a living. Lots of times people will say some negative (redundant word?)comment about lawyers and later ask me what I do for a living. After I tell them "I'm an attorney" they get a sheepish look on their face. I then tell them, "But don't tell my mother, she'd be disapointed. She thinks I'm a piano player in a brothel".

Viacommie owns CMT. The same people that own SeeBS, eMpTyV, VH-1, NICK, SPIKE, and Simon & Schuster.

CBS hired Bill Clinton for $1million and S&S paid Hillary an $8million advance on her book years in advance (so that the payment wouldn't conflict with Senate ethics rules).

Coincidently, when VH1 and SeeBS rebroadcast the Concert For New York where Hillary was BOOED by the firemen and police officers, the footage was redubbed to replace the boos with CHEERS. This is the version that wound up on home video as well.
