Can I Leave My Debt Ridden Estate To A Liberal???

This is somewhat of a semi-serious query. Should I recognise that my impending demise is forthcoming.....Could I have my will amended, and leave my negative cash flow estate to a liberal of my choice?
Or for that matter...can I leave it to the government....which is why I wear a big minus sign on my now tattered dress shirts.

Actually....if I could be remembered for anything...it would be for having Alec Baldwin forced to pay my debts.
If I knew that would be the case...I'd fill out every credit card application that comes in the mail next month....make that..... next week.....I'm not that cruel!!!
Wait a sec!!! I just did the math...if I have three months to live, and respond to just one application every day...I could give the National Debt a run for it's money

I don't think anyone can inherit without accepting it I could be wrong and I don't think anyone in their right mind would inherit debt.
