President Donald Trump on Thursday blasted Democrat presidential opponent Joe Biden for blocking independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from participating in upcoming debates.
On Wednesday, the Biden campaign agreed to two debates against Trump; however, they set specific parameters, including demands prohibiting in-person audiences and a request the debates be one-on-one between Biden and Trump only.

This is a farce. CNN moderator, WH controlled questions, no real one on one debate, more like a question and answer session. Opponents mic off so you can’t hear Biden babbling incoherently while Trump is speaking. No RFK since he is smarter than Biden even with a worm in his brain and would make Biden look even worse. Nothing like stacking the deck, all in Biden’s favor.

I believe Trump has requested 2 more debates, and the first should be 2 hours long, and standing up.
If JFKjr is invited, it will be the first campaign event where RFKjr and USSS are there at the same time. But, the USSS would be there just for Brandon and the Orange Man, and RFKjr is an afterthought.
What requirements doesn’t Bobby meet ? Besides not being on a sufficient number of state ballots to reach the 270 electoral vote threshold which isn’t even possible in states that don’t certify ballots until July or August. Trump is the one he would be competing with on a likeminded border policy and many other issues.
Trump likely doesn’t want RFK Jr. in the debate, but figures it is an excellent opportunity to portray Biden as a coward. Unless the calculation is that a strong RFK Jr. draws more votes from Biden than him in a general election.

He actually meets the requirement of 15% of the vote in polls. He currently sits at 16% in CNN’s own poll.
He has at least 5 polls at that level. If CNN promised Biden he wouldn’t be there they will just outlaw the polls they don’t like.
Exactly. POTUS Trump does not have to play by their rules. Their is no Constitutional requirement regarding Presidential debates.
POTUS Trump should debate RFK, Jr. after the first Biden debate.

It isn’t nothing to Trump or Biden that is for sure. And possibly not the 20% of the country that still doesn’t even know he is running.
Trump needs to challenge RFK Jr. to two debates and also invite Biden. Schedule each of the two debates a few days before the two Biden debates. Have a third empty chair on the stage with Biden’s name. Make these real, classic debates and not TV talking heads grilling the conservative and lobbing softballs to the liberal.
Let voters compare and contrast RFK, Jr. and Biden while highlighting Biden’s fear of a real debate.
Trump should debate Biden, then negotiate separate debates with RFK. Make it clear to the nation Biden is totally irrelevant to the 2024 election.
In the RFK debates Trump’s strategy would be to build up RFK vote totals at the expense of Biden; also not to lose any Trump voters to RFK.
In other words, split the liberal vote.
The requirements SHOULD be that if he's on enough ballots that he COULD win, then he should be in the debate. Let's hear what the man has to say.
RFK will most likely help Biden. There are a lot of disloyal Republicans who will be attracted to a third party candidate.
Because as someone here recently said, RFK could ask Biden...
