It is possible for vertical movement to occur with a latched lap/shoulder restraint.
Only a racing harness would keep the driver firmly in the seat without regard to the direction of acceleration forces.
She better add the auto maker to the defendants list. The seatbelt was obviously defective.
That’s a big screw up in her fake case, IMO. I’d sure not give her anything if I were on a jury. Also, where’s the mention of the damage to the car? Something that violent should have damaged something.
