The article fails to mention that the abandoned property was discovered by the woman who moved in after Ashley Biden moved out.
The article fails to mention that the diary discussed at least one episode of Joe Biden taking a shower with Ashley Biden when she was a young girl.
Anyone care to speculate what would have happened if Trump's daughter abandoned a diary that disclosed Trump had showered with her when she was a young girl?
I thought the convicted woman should have defended her actions by claiming that she believed the abandoned diary was a "Cry For Help" from a woman who had been sexually abused by her father.
That would have forced the prosecution to put Biden's daughter in the witness stand to explain why she had written such a shocking lie in her diary.
I think both the people who were criminally charged in this case took plea deals.
Bottom Line - criminal defense lawyers are roughly 95% Democrats.
They have NO idea how to defend a client who has violated the Democratic Party besides advising that client to plead guilty and "take the best plea deal you can get."

notice she does NOT deny the allegations in the diary that her father sexually abused her..first of all her diary was not stolen, it was left behind under a bed. My Mom is a landlord, if her tenant moves out and does not pick up their stuff within a certain period of time, its TRASHED plain and simple. Apparently she feels more “pain” from having had her diary disclosed, than the “pain” from taking “inappropriate showers” as a young girl with her daddy. So the she feels that the woman that disclosed the diary contents deserves to be incarcerated for a long time, but has no problem the guy who sexually abused her as a young girl being allowed to roam scot free.
I wonder what goes through her mind every time she see one of the multiple video clips of her daddy molesting young girls or sniffing their hair . . .
