The athletes competing at the Paris Summer Games will have plenty of condoms, but they will not have air conditioning.
“We designed these buildings so that they would be comfortable places to live in in the summer, in 2024 and later on, and we don’t need air conditioning in these buildings because we oriented the facades so that they wouldn’t get too much sun during the summer, and the facades, the insulation is really efficient,” said Yann Krysinski, who is directing the service of infrastructure for the Games.

Yeah this is really going to work. Remember the Paris heatwave in the 90s that killed thousands.
I think they’re full of crap. If the “carbon footprint” was a problem they’d simply cancel the stupid Olympics.
They’re doing this because they’re too cheap to pay for the electricity to run the AC.
I would prefer a natural scent of a woman, rather than horrible perfumes. At times, using an elevator containing perfumed women was unbearable.
I just left a property in Pearl River , Louisiana and the house was built in the 1800’s NO A/C whatsoever and on the hottest AND humid days that occur here the design itself maintains a very comfortable inside temperature. If you use your brain and build to suit the weather you know you will endure ...well its not rocket science/brain surgery.
