Geri Halliwell WILL put on a brave face and appear on the Bahrain Grand Prix starting grid alongside her under-fire husband Christian Horner in show of solidarity after leaked text message scandal

Ex-Spice Girl Geri Halliwell will join her beleaguered husband Christian Horner at the Bahrain Grand Prix today in a show of solidarity after leaked text messages rocked Formula One.

Red Bull F1 boss Christian Horner broke cover at the Grand Prix on Saturday morning with no sign of his wife Geri Halliwell after his wife found out the texts were leaked as she was flying in a private jet.

Halliwell, 51, and her husband, 50, had breathed a collective sigh of relief on Wednesday when Red Bull cleared Horner of inappropriate behaviour allegations which were made by a female employee.

But 24 hours later, flirtatious WhatsApp messages apparently exchanged between Horner and the female complainant were leaked to 149 F1 figures while Halliwell was on a flight to see her husband ahead of this weekend's season opener in Bahrain.

Red Bull workers are reportedly afraid that more messages may be leaked.

Halliwell, who married the Red Bull team principal in 2015, went 'into meltdown' when she touched down in the Gulf state on a private jet on Thursday and discovered the bombshell messages had been plastered all over social media.

This morning, she was nowhere to be seen as her husband Christian Horner was pictured in black sunglasses and a Red Bull outfit.

However, Red Bull confirmed to Mail Sport on Saturday that the former Spice Girl will be on the grid.

Others can’t compete with Red Bull, so they wish to destroy Red Bull.
I hope Verstappen destroys everyone, and Hamilton crashes every race…

Why not blame the principles instead?

Halliwell knew very good and well what she was getting.

And so did the team.

Those contracts presumably have morals contracts for a reason.

Horner, Halliwell, and the team’s management made it easy.

The woman on the team shouldn’t be on the team.

Just another female diversity hire.

Women can’t create their own team, they just ruin existing teams.

Lol, being an EE, I never send any “pics” to any chick.

I have received unsolicited pics from some chicks.
All it made me think was to wonder how many times has she sent pics if she does so unsolicited.

The people responsible for bad decision-making are men.

Men hired Horner.

Horner engaged repeatedly in behavior that was detrimental to the team.

As far as I can tell, the female employed by the team was simply on the receiving end of the results of a lot of bad judgment by guys.

BTW, Halliwell’s track record isn’t any better than her hubby’s, but that’s not relevant here to my mind because she’s not under contract to the team.

The only people I truly feel sympathy for in this mess are Halliwell’s and Horners’ kids.

Those children deserve far better from both parents.

She shouldn’t be on the team at all.
Men were forced to hire women. Women ruin everything, including men’s behavior.
Same BS in the military. Destruction of unit cohesion.

Take a group of highly productive men that all get along and accomplish tons.
Install one attractive female, and watch the destruction.
I don’t care if you blame the group of guys or the lone woman.
The result is the result.

First thing HAM does, immediately after getting $100m contract from Ferrari, is run to the press and squeak about the lack of “diverity” there... and how he’ll work to fix it.

What an arrogant, clueless POS he is.

I only care about Red Bull’s performance.

Dragging people through the dirt isn’t on my radar, minus real crimes.
I don’t care about backstory BS. It’s what ruined the Olympics.
All done to get female viewership.

Only thing that stands out is she was on a private jet. I could not care less about him, her, or Red Bull.

Uggh. The Spice Girls. Them and the Macarena drove me to almost commit suicide in 1996.

Christian Horner is being smeared because his team’s technical chief (& chief aerodynamicist) is Adrian Newey, who is the best in his role that motorsport has ever seen.

Last season’s car, the RB19, won pole position at every race except one, and won every race except one. Red Bull’s championship-winning driver led 75.7% of all race laps (in a racing format that requires at least one pit stop at every event).

They can’t beat Red Bull on the track, and they couldn’t find a way to smear Newey (who apparently lives like a monk), so they went after Horner, the team chief, in the hope that the ensuing turmoil will disrupt Red Bull’s supremacy.
