I mean we did have shrub take a joy ride in the only ever NAVY ONE a S3 antisub hunter to declare mission accomplished. The S3 could carry nukes, it was rated for the B57 and the harpoon missile which the U.S. never officially armed with nukes but Israel is known to do it so assume we did at one point in the cold war as well. The external hard points certainty could take B61s so yes at least one POTUS has flown in a nuclear “bomber”
