It’s all confusing, but it looks like a female trying to become a male.
I am surprised it was a transman. Normally, the media would report that as a "man" and not as a "woman."
I believe it's the other way around. A male who wanted to pretend to be female because of his mental illness.
The pictures from 2010 seem female to me. Actually, the later one does, too.
If you want better gun control, these mentally ill people should be forbidden to be able to purchase.

Back in the 60s I worked in a state mental hospital for 3 years. People like this were safely locked away. They’ve since closed 90+% of nut houses. The left has let the insane out of the closet to rapidly destroy what’s left of America. It was done purposely for that reason

Exactly. Just as... the left’s pushing of everything ‘else’ that is anti-American, anti-sanity, anti-decency and that goes against American traditions and family values is deliberate and done “purposely”.

Most Mexicans don’t self identify as “Hispanic” but rather of regional/tribal ancestry.

I don’t know how it is now, but in the past in Mexico, Central and South America, it seemed to be favored to look lighter-skinned and more ‘Spanish’.
