This might have been the last remaining missile carrier in the western Back Sea but I could be wrong.
Waddya think Billy?
You’re going to be smiling from ear to ear with all the death and destruction when WW III kicks in.
Hope this doesn’t happen to one of ours. Drones seem awfully hard to hit.
Tell Russia to leave Ukraine and to stop palling around with Iran and Hamas.
I fail to see the logic of many here.
In the absence of a Kinetic attack, why do the Russians think they can start a war?
And then don’t understand why the world reviles them for it?
Nobody is going to invade Russia and they know it.
They can easily succeed economically, if they just be peaceful.
They can do all the defense stuff they want, that is fair.
But paranoid delusional actions cannot be accepted.
The Russian army is in the oblasts of the Russian Federation - Kherson, Zaporozhye, Donetsk, Luhansk, the Russian Republic of Crimea and the Russian federal city of Sevastopol.
Not in the Ukraine.
Say - how are those Azov POWs that got promoted to pancake by their own team doink?
I guess zElensky and Zaluzhny forgot to tell them to bring their parade parachutes...
He told me so once.

With the introduction of long range land based SSMs and aircraft with long range ASMs, areas like the eastern Med, the Black Sea, South China Sea, etc are a lot more dangerous to navel forces.
Winning or losing aside, can’t imagine this was calculated into the “SMO”
The russians ability to resurrect old tanks and artillery is helping Russian sustain this, but I doubt they have the capability to replace these ship in the short or midterm
Like their pilots, their seaman must be having some feeling of dread every time they sail or are in port for that matter.
Every war changes things, battleships to aircraft carriers, now drones. Defending against swarms of grenade dropping drones to seaborne drones has changed everything
From individuals looking to cause havoc, to non-state actors, to nations themselves the capability that has been unleashed has yet to reach it’s climax
Russia has proved that vast areas cannot be fully covered, neither do any nations like US.
Years ago I suggested that if a terrorist group wanted to really shut things down, don’t fly a plane into a building but attack dozens of small unprotected sites like schools, sporting events or local shops.
Truly difficult times are coming, at least IMO
You’re going to be smiling from ear to ear with all the death and destruction when WW III kicks in.
That’s a pretty good fireball. They must have hit the vodka storage tank.
It appears Ivan figured out the only way you can lose a Navy is to have a Navy.
Russia never expected this. They were told that Zelenskyy would flee to Poland when the invasion started and their troops would be marching down the Kreshchatyk in Kyiv in their parade uniforms after 3 days.
Another Russian ship is currently burning 80km south of Crimea. It hasn’t sunk yet.
Russian presidential candidate Nikita Halayemski called for the assassination of President Biden in retaliation.
Lol.
Rumors the Russian ship now burning south of Crimea is a Ropucha-class landing ship. No confirmation though.
W.O.W. !
You prefer that our enemies not lose threat capabilities?
When China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea lose a ship or a submarine, or a measurable amount of their air capabilities or missile stocks, tanks, artillery, or a difficult-to-replace advanced air asset, that is good for America, no matter if it was an accident or weather, or from attacking some little country, the loss is what counts for Americans.
“According to preliminary information, the search and rescue operation of the Russian occupiers on the Donuzlav was not successful.”
Having served aboard a destroyer this is depressing.
