‘Marco’ engaged in vaginal intercourse with a man. 🤔

It sounds as if a heterosexual couple engaged sexually and she got pregnant. But how about the man who impregnated ‘Marco’? Is he just a guy who dislikes breasts? I get that, but is it necessary that a woman have a double mastectomy to suit his preferences?
