LIV Golf's Bryson DeChambeau Believes Unity in Golf Is Near: 'There's No Way Around It Now'

The 2020 U.S. Open champion, speaking in advance of next week's LIV opener, said the deal will happen quicker than most think.

With the LIV Golf League’s schedule set to begin next week and not all of the pieces in place, Bryson DeChambeau on Thursday was looking big picture, saying he is confident the sport will come back together via the "framework agreement" that was announced last summer but yet to be completed.

I hope that Bryson is right. I have no interest in LIV Golf but they have many of the more colorful players. With the retirement of Nick Faldo and Johnny Miller, golf lost two of its most colorful and knowledgeable announcers.

When the PGA went full covid retard I was pretty much done with them.

I like some things about the LIV.

The team format would be cool with some different games like four ball or alternate player instead of strictly stroke play.

What I’d really like to see is a tournament on a classic course and they have to play with 1970’s equip.

couple of years ago i picked up a persimmon driver from good will...it was actually in pretty good shape.

Let my four-some swing\hit it. we all got a good laff and are glad for technology, cause if i had to use that old stuff, i wouldn’t be playing golf in my twilight years.
