Without the Constitution and Bill of Rights, this list is incomplete at best.

Realized I posted to your linked article instead of here:

This is a bit over-simplified and a bit conspiratorial.

It was the move away from the family farm and productivity gains in that arena that allowed the next generation to pursue a career in business and industry.

I'm the oldest of 9 and enlisted at 17 during Nam, just to get away from "home life". And when discharged I made sure I had work/career options that didn't include going home.

My take:

Beer
Meh, prefer at least 100 proof bottled in bond, last year I literally drank 3 16oz cans. Bourbon maybe a liter tops, with lemon aide.

Military
Vet, strong allegiance
Am deeply shocked at what the Marxist/Facist has done.

The American Flag
Respect the heraldry, it has been honorably defended for ~250 years, respect those who gave full measure.

The Founding Fathers
Human beings with a profound experience, well studied and completely up to task. Transcended their period of history with truths that will resound for as long as humans occupy this celestial orb.

Strong Women (especially conservative)
Serving Proverbs 31 with honor. Moral woman who are not self absorbed are wonderful people to be around.

McDonald’s
I was a good military cook once upon a time, if I can make it from scratch, I don’t order it out. I only dine out for the difficult selections. It’s a non-issue. For my personel health regimen I do not partake. My children went thru a severe bout of junk fooditis on their own dime, but they got over it.

The South
My entire life, I’ve lived all over the U.S, the Western Pacific, and SE asia, I enjoy southern culture. Hot and sultry weather is uncomfortable, and tropical storms are a pain in the arse, snake venom, bug bites and large reptiles are to be avoided.
I thank the Lord for Willis Haviland Carrier.

Christopher Columbus
The reality is that he did not discover America. The conclusion, and I agree with that conclusion, is that the oceans were not a barrier to the continents they were actually equivalent to a super highway. If there is want to celebrate a day some European stumbled upon this these continents, honor a Viking. Or perhaps a Berber out of tarshish, or an asian... there exists irrefutable evidence.
Columbus stumbled here and turned his “discovery” into a wealthly and brutal enterprise for the king he served and his own financial gain, that’s really the only thing that he was interested in. Deal with it. Happy Clovis Day!

9. Giant, American-Sized, Sugary Drinks
I liked unsweetened iced tea or as mama called it “plain tea”

10. God
PTL, understand and perform the great commission during your lifetime, don’t be afraid, you don’t have to become a monk to accomplish that.

Liberals just Hate, their self worth revolves around hating people they perceive to be the cause for others that make bad decisions and suffer the consequence, the victims.
