Scandal As Chris Christie Mentioned Over 50 Times In Unsealed Sizzler Documents

A new scandal erupted just days before the Iowa Caucus as former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was forced to address fresh revelations that his name had appeared over 50 times in newly unsealed Sizzler documents.

In the records provided by the buffet-style steak, seafood, and salad bar restaurant, Christie's now-unredacted name appears dozens of times for violating a variety of buffet line rules. "Scandal is the politest word one can use to describe the Sizzler documents," said political expert Dr. Blake Rumsey. "They say he used to fill drink cups with blue cheese salad dressing and slurp it down like a milkshake. Christie is alleged to have walked table to table asking for other patron's french fries after demolishing the buffet supply. One entry says he requested to have a doggie bag filled with ranch dressing poured over his mashed potatoes and steak. He was into some weird, twisted stuff."

Still out on the campaign trail in New Hampshire this weekend, the former governor attempted to deflect questions on the subject. "I'm not here to discuss rumors and innuendo," a defiant Christie said to reporters when asked about how often he had visited Sizzler.

On the bright side, Christie has never been one to complain about the rubber chicken dinners at political events either.

And he is a regular winner at the Iowa State Fair speed eating contests. He even attends on political off years.

The guy just can't get enough poutine.

He's certainly going to win the Canadian vote.

They had me for a minute.

On a side note:

Shoney's is a restaurant 'all you can eat' chain (well they were back then, not sure if they have changed). We were going in as a family, all as large or large then Christie was coming out. My then 7-year-old son stated after they past us:

"I bet Shoney's lost money on that family"

Sizzler would feel the same way after a Christie visit.

I know Golden Corral does, but does Sizzler have a chocolate fountain?

“Shoney’s”...

I fondly remember their “Big Boy” dbl-cheeseburgers back in the 50s, where my Family would stop after Sunday Church. Good burgers & fries.

Isn’t Christie on the Lizzo and Abrams buffet line destructo tag team?

I knew Christie made visits to Sizzler Island and avoided being named on the manifest by flying as cargo: pork lard.

Got This Guy!

Until “...for violating a variety of buffet line rules.”

They sure know how to reel you in at the BB.

(BTW autocorrect tried to change “reel” to “feel”...that was a close one!)

That was my exact reaction. Only Christie would create a scandal over a restaurant. Lord help us all, but give extra-special Ranch Dressing with Chris Christie. 🤣

Well, Sizzlers for one.

And I doubt other all-you-can-eat buffets are thrilled when they see Chris drive up.
