Rebecca Zung has a bunch of videos on her YouTube channel on dealing with narcissists. It’s very informative.
Bkmk for later
Dont play with the narcissist and stick to your guns.
If you have a narcissist in your life, Dr. Les Carter is very helpful:

Dr. R ama I is also helpful:

I’ll have a look at your video when I have time. There seems to be a cottage industry of unqualified people making $ off people trying to cope with narcissists on You Tube. Some are okay, some not. I have found Dr. Carter and Dr. Ramani have been the the most helpful to me personally.
‘Guns’-——?
A narc is a Very Dangerous thing
Especially if you’re married to One.
.
7 yrs of marital ‘Bliss’ and all
I got was a ‘T’ shirt.
Plus, she is not hard at all to look at. :-)
I don’t know.....anyways.....what does this have to do with ME? Me!!!!! Me, me, me....me :0)
Mark!
I have a narcissistic person in my family.
I called them on their bull and severed all ties.
I answer to God, my husband, and my employer...in that order.
My DIL tried to powerplay me. Sorry, dear, that doesn’t work. My husband and I went radio silent for 8 months. Finally, my son called. My first question was, “What do you want?” He tried to act surprised. “Son, this is me you are talking to. You obviously want something or you wouldn’t have called.”
“When we said we wanted to step back from the family, we didn’t mean forever,” he replied.
“That’s unfortunate, because Daddy and I did,” I countered, and I meant it. I saw my mother play the puppet to keep peace and swallow her pride too many times. I vowed never to be that person. We had sacrificed and gone the extra mile for all of our children. If they didn’t respect us, they could move on down the road. I would wish them only the best, but I wanted no part of them.
They have been polite and respectful ever since.
My husband and I value peace and have no issues cutting people out of our lives.
If your boss is acting toxic there is a small chance your job performance is inadequate.
I know Rebecca personally - and she’s always seemed like kind of a dope to be honest.
She’s a family attorney but not sure how she’s qualified on matters contained in the article, or why anyone would think she is.
Always make them think they are winning and in control.
Unless the person before you had inadequate job performance, and the person before him, and the person before him, and all of your coworkers.
A coworker and I turned our narcissistic boss into management for falsifying scientific research. His whole research program was a pack of lies.
We found other jobs.
He got fired.
I surround myself with like minded people.. so no problems. We hate liberals, woke, anything anti patriotic, BLM, Antifa, useless idiots, DEI, anti 2nd amendment etc. the list is long.
The friendships are close and writing off liberal woke families was easy.
Is it possible to be around narcissistic people and not lose your power?
Only a narcissist would ask this question, imo.
Should be an interesting thread.
I need to find people like that.
I must say that after watching the whole vid, I'm not particularly impressed with her. I've done a fair amount of reading about narcissism and didn't learn anything new.
A healthy attitude for a better life.
