The young men being interviewed had a whistleblower as their grandfather—and they have spent years of their lives researching his military and secret NRO career and trying to get documentation on his claims.

They argue that even these hearings (public and secret) are designed with a pre-approved narrative and programmed limited hang-out....
This fits in with the standard intelligence community practice of creating layers of cover stories to protect serious secrets.
The current “limited hang out” includes the following claims:
—We have not successfully reversed engineered alien technology
—We do not understand the alien psychology/reasons for their actions
—No specifics on treaties/no humans signed off on alien abductions or underground/undersea bases
—No specifics on black ops—intimidation, assassination—meant to keep the secrets
—No secret space program/breakaway civilization
They are all lies—not mistakes, not errors, intentional lies.

You don't honestly think anyone is distracted from the news of the day because of a stupid Congressional UFO hearing, do you?
If I had to guess, you sound like a person who has been abducted by aliens, but the memory of your anal probe is still buried deep in your unconscious. The aliens programmed you to say "Squirrel" whenever you encounter an article on UFO's. I can't imagine what their intentions might have been in programming you to say Squirrel. But I wouldn't ponder it...all those abduction memories might come rushing back.
God only knows what they might have done to you.;-)
What would scare the hell out of me if I were you is, when are they coming back? Will they abduct you again tonight? Is that them (the little gray ones with the big eyes) scratching on your bedroom window just as you fall asleep?

Here is the key positive. If reverse engineering is happening we the people are paying for it. But it is third party corporations who have proprietary control and ownership of it. If we paid for it, then it should belong to we the people not third parties who horde it away like it belongs to them. We are paying them to keep it away from us.
