Actor Cameron Diaz has a strong opinion when it comes to sleeping with your partner: "We should normalize separate bedrooms."
"To me, I would literally β I have my house. You have yours. We have the family house in the middle," Diaz, who married Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden in 2015, said on an episode of the podcast Lipstick on the Rim earlier this week.

If I was her and married that dude, I would totally be for that also.
Interesting podcast name.
why’s it weird?
Up to the couple.
The uber wealthy throughout history have often had separate bedchambers and some of my best sleep has occurred in the guest room.
Nuts. Lots of people still sleep, a lot of the time, in separate rooms; especially when they get older and have health issues/different needs.
My one and only and I sleep in separate bedrooms, because I snore and talk in my sleep. Seems fair enough.
What a goofball sheβs with. I bet she has the Jimmy legs
It’s your house, do what you want. Do I really need to know?
I can understand it. I snore like a chainsaw. It used to bother my ex. My sister and BIL sleep in separate bedrooms for the same reason. Something like 20-25% of couples sleep in separate bedrooms for that reason. It doesn’t mean there is necessarily a lack of intimacy between the couple.
You, sir, have a dirty mind.
I like it.
I think it is reference to a woman drinking out of a wine glass.
That’s the reason my parents-in-law took to different rooms - Dad was an unholy snorer.
(I haven’t succumbed yet, but will if my husband continues to prefer sleeping in arctic temperatures...)
Same here. Gosh, and we still have fun in the same bedroom. Imagine that?
My father built himself a separate house that he would stay at when the mood hit him, it was in a very scenic setting and only about a mile or 2 from his regular house.
The kids weren’t allowed there and wife number 6 was only allowed by invitation.
“Up to the couple”
Yes, it is but that’s not what she’s saying.
“We should normalize separate bedrooms.”
Other peoples sleeping arrangements is none of her business.....and hers is none of mine for that matter.
Just another hollywood lib that thinks she’s smarter than people.
I toss and turn all night and would drive my wife crazy if we slept in the same bedroom.
Ha!
That's nice.
I know plenty of couple who, at one time or another, sleep in different rooms.
Unlike a lot of folks in the world, I only care what happens in my bedroom. The rest of yβall can do whatever floats your boats.
If I was that dude I would not marry her. What a weird pair.
